entitled to apply your payments against any amounts due us. We also may set off any amounts that may be held by us or our affiliates on your behalf or owed to you by us or our affiliates against amounts you owe to us or our affiliates.
- E. Technology Suite. You must use a computer system that we designate for your Business, including all future updates, supplements and modifications (the "Technology Suite"). The computer software package developed for use in your Business may include proprietary software. You must pay us a monthly technology fee (the "Technology Fee"), currently $268.90 per month, for access to our designated software system. We may increase this fee upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice to you. We reserve the right to require you to purchase the Technology Suite, and/or any component thereof, from our designated suppliers at any time during the term. As of the Effective Date of this Agreement, one (1) email account is included in the monthly fee, however this is subject to change at any time in the future and you will be required to bear all costs associated with any modifications. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Kitchen Solvers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Kitchen Solvers does have the ability to increase the monthly Technology Fee. Currently, this fee is $268.90 per month. This fee provides franchisees with access to Kitchen Solvers' designated software system.
Kitchen Solvers can increase the Technology Fee, but they must provide franchisees with thirty (30) days' prior written notice before doing so. In addition to the Technology Fee, franchisees may incur other technology-related costs. For example, while one email account is included in the monthly fee, this is subject to change, and franchisees will be required to bear all costs associated with any modifications. Franchisees may also purchase additional email accounts, with the fee currently ranging from $14 to $22.50 per account per month, though this is also subject to change.
Furthermore, Kitchen Solvers may offer franchisees the opportunity to purchase subscriptions to certain software at designated prices, and they may add the cost of these subscriptions to the Technology Fee. As a result, franchisees should be prepared for potential increases in the Technology Fee and additional technology-related expenses during the term of their Franchise Agreement.
