What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Kitchen Solvers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Kitchen Solvers reserves the right to vary standards for any franchisee. These variations are based on factors such as the customs or circumstances of a particular territory, population density, number of households, existing business practices, or any condition that Kitchen Solvers deems important to the operation of the franchisee's business.
However, the FDD explicitly states that a franchisee is not entitled to demand a similar variation simply because another franchisee has received one. This means that Kitchen Solvers can offer different terms or conditions to different franchisees based on their specific circumstances without being obligated to extend the same terms to all franchisees.
This clause provides Kitchen Solvers with the flexibility to adapt its franchise system to diverse market conditions and individual franchisee needs. However, it also means that franchisees may not be treated uniformly, and a franchisee cannot automatically expect to receive the same benefits or exceptions granted to others. Prospective franchisees should consider this when evaluating the fairness and consistency of the Kitchen Solvers franchise system.
