If a Kitchen Solvers franchisee hires a new installer, what training is required?

If, during the term of the Franchise Agreement, you hire a new installer, then we may require that person to complete one day of training prior to working as an installer. In addition to paying the salary, fringe benefits, travel costs and expenses, and related costs for the newly hired installer, you must pay us a daily fee of $350 plus expenses for such training.

We may sponsor at least one convention per year in a location that we designate, for all of our franchisees. If held, you are required to attend this convention.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Kitchen Solvers's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee hires a new installer during the term of the Franchise Agreement, Kitchen Solvers may require that person to complete one day of training before they begin working as an installer.

In addition to the installer's salary, fringe benefits, travel costs, and other related expenses, the franchisee must pay Kitchen Solvers a daily fee of $350 plus expenses for this training.

Kitchen Solvers also retains the right to require franchisees to attend additional training that they deem appropriate. The franchisee is responsible for covering the costs of this training, which is currently set at $350 per day plus expenses.
