The Kitchen Solvers Business System Online Manual contains the requirements and recommendations for operating a Kitchen Solvers business. Kitchen Solvers will revise this manual periodically to adapt to changing conditions and benefit all businesses operating under the trademarks. Franchisees must adopt and use the required standards, procedures, techniques, and systems outlined in the manual.

Kitchen Solvers also requires franchisees to sell only approved products and services that meet the standards and specifications prescribed by them, which may be modified. Franchisees must also conform to all quality and customer service standards prescribed in writing. Kitchen Solvers or its representatives have the right to evaluate a franchisee's business premises to ensure compliance with the agreement and to inspect and evaluate the franchisee's premises, completed projects, and supplies.
