What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Kitchen Solvers's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee does not meet the renewal requirements, they will not be able to renew their franchise agreement. The FDD states that to renew the Franchise Agreement, a franchisee must be in compliance with their Franchise Agreement, be current with all monetary obligations, attend any necessary training, and have continuously operated the Business.

Additionally, the franchisee must maintain or obtain suitable premises for the Business, including modernization of sample doors, showcase display, and all materials displaying the Marks. They must also sign a release and a then-current Franchise Agreement, which may have materially different terms and conditions from the original agreement.

Failing to meet any of these conditions means the Kitchen Solvers franchisee will not be granted an additional term and the franchise will expire at the end of its current term. This could result in the franchisee losing the right to operate under the Kitchen Solvers brand and potentially facing non-compete restrictions.
