What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Kitchen Solvers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must attend and successfully complete the Kitchen Solvers Pre-Opening Training Program. This training is mandatory, and franchisees cannot begin operating their business until they have completed it. The franchisee is responsible for covering their own expenses for room, board, and travel related to the training program. The training location will be designated by Kitchen Solvers.
Furthermore, if a Kitchen Solvers franchisee receives a notice of default for failing to meet operational standards, Kitchen Solvers may require them to attend and successfully complete additional training as a condition of curing the default. The franchisee will again be responsible for the costs associated with this additional training, including room, board, and travel expenses.
If a Kitchen Solvers franchisee desires to operate their business with a manager other than themselves, that manager must also attend and successfully complete the Pre-Opening Training Program before undertaking operations. The franchisee is responsible for covering the manager's expenses for room, board, and travel. Kitchen Solvers may also provide in-field training at their current rate, if requested and agreed upon.
