What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Kitchen Solvers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must attend and successfully complete the Kitchen Solvers Pre-Opening Training Program. This training is a mandatory requirement, and franchisees cannot commence business operations until they have successfully completed it. The franchisee is responsible for covering their own expenses related to room, board, and travel while attending the training program, which takes place at a location designated by Kitchen Solvers.
If a Kitchen Solvers franchisee fails to meet operational standards and receives a notice of default, Kitchen Solvers may require them to attend and successfully complete additional training as a condition of curing the default. The franchisee will again be responsible for all associated expenses, including room, board, and travel.
Furthermore, if a franchisee intends to operate their Kitchen Solvers business with a manager other than themselves, that manager must also attend and successfully complete the Pre-Opening Training Program before undertaking any operational duties. The franchisee is responsible for covering the manager's expenses for the training as well. Kitchen Solvers may also provide in-field training at their current rate, if requested and agreed upon.
