What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Kitchen Solvers Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to participate in Kitchen Solvers' website and intranet system at their own expense. Kitchen Solvers has the authority to determine the content and usage of its website and intranet system, establishing the rules for franchisee participation.

The FDD specifies that franchisees cannot independently register domain names or operate websites containing Kitchen Solvers trademarks without written approval. The only approved website is the one provided by Kitchen Solvers. Franchisees must not have conflicting websites or engage in other electronic media representing Kitchen Solvers without authorization.

Kitchen Solvers retains all rights relating to its website and intranet system and can alter or terminate them without notice. Franchisees' conduct on these platforms, including the use of trademarks and advertising, is subject to the franchise agreement. Information obtained through the website and intranet system may be considered confidential. The right to participate in these online platforms terminates with the expiration or termination of the franchise agreement. The FDD does not specifically mention email accounts, so it is not possible to determine if franchisees must pay for modifications to their email accounts.
