Are Kitchen Solvers franchisees required to acknowledge that they have read the FDD?

According to Kitchen Solvers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are not required to execute the Franchise Acknowledgement/Compliance Certification attached to the Franchise Agreement. If a franchisee does execute this document, Kitchen Solvers will disregard it and not rely upon it.
