We also strongly recommend that you, at your expense, attend all other conferences, seminars or meetings that we sponsor for KITCHEN SOLVERS franchisees to set forth new methods and programs for operation, training, management, sales or marketing. If you are unable to attend any such meeting, you must notify us prior to the meeting and attempt to have a substitute person from your Business, acceptable to us, attend and represent you at such meeting.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Kitchen Solvers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at conferences, seminars, and meetings, other than the annual convention, is strongly recommended but not mandatory. If a Kitchen Solvers franchisee cannot attend these optional events, they must notify Kitchen Solvers prior to the meeting.
Additionally, the franchisee must attempt to send a substitute person from their business to represent them at the meeting. This substitute person must be acceptable to Kitchen Solvers.
This policy allows Kitchen Solvers franchisees flexibility while still encouraging participation in training and networking opportunities. By sending a substitute, the franchisee can still benefit from the information shared at the meeting without being physically present. It is important for franchisees to maintain open communication with Kitchen Solvers regarding their ability to attend these events and to make a good-faith effort to find a suitable replacement when necessary.
