What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Kitchen Solvers's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must sign a release to renew their franchise agreement. To renew the franchise agreement for two additional 10-year terms, the franchisee must meet several requirements.
Specifically, the franchisee must be in compliance with the current Franchise Agreement, be current with all monetary obligations, attend any necessary training, and have continuously operated the business.
