What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Kitchen Solvers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at the annual convention is mandatory if the franchisor holds one. Kitchen Solvers may sponsor at least one convention per year and designates the location.
If a Kitchen Solvers franchisee does not attend the convention and does not obtain prior approval for non-attendance, they must pay a fee of $850. The franchisee is also responsible for covering their own travel, lodging, and related costs, as well as those of any persons associated with them who attend the meeting. Kitchen Solvers may also charge a fee for attending the meeting itself.
Kitchen Solvers also retains the right to require franchisees to attend additional training sessions deemed appropriate, and they may charge a fee for these additional training sessions, which is currently $350 per day plus expenses. This highlights the importance of budgeting not only for the initial franchise fee and startup costs but also for ongoing training and convention-related expenses.
