entitled to apply your payments against any amounts due us. We also may set off any amounts that may be held by us or our affiliates on your behalf or owed to you by us or our affiliates against amounts you owe to us or our affiliates.
- E. Technology Suite. You must use a computer system that we designate for your Business, including all future updates, supplements and modifications (the "Technology Suite"). The computer software package developed for use in your Business may include proprietary software. You must pay us a monthly technology fee (the "Technology Fee"), currently $268.90 per month, for access to our designated software system. We may increase this fee upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice to you. We reserve the right to require you to purchase the Technology Suite, and/or any component thereof, from our designated suppliers at any time during the term. As of the Effective Date of this Agreement, one (1) email account is included in the monthly fee, however this is subject to change at any time in the future and you will be required to bear all costs associated with any modifications. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Kitchen Solvers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must use a designated computer system, referred to as the "Technology Suite," for their business operations. This includes any future updates or modifications to the system. Franchisees are obligated to pay a monthly technology fee, which is currently $268.90, for access to the designated software system. Kitchen Solvers retains the right to increase this fee with a 30-day prior written notice.
As part of the Technology Suite, Kitchen Solvers includes one email account in the monthly fee. However, this is subject to change in the future, and franchisees will be responsible for any costs associated with modifications. Franchisees have the option to purchase additional email accounts, with the fee ranging between $14 to $22.50 per account per month as of the effective date of the agreement. This additional fee is also subject to change at any time during the term of the agreement.
Kitchen Solvers also has the option to offer franchisees the opportunity to purchase subscriptions to certain software at designated prices, which may be specified in the manual or other written communications. The cost of these subscriptions may be added to the franchisee's Technology Fee. This means that the overall cost of the Technology Suite could increase if a franchisee chooses to subscribe to additional software offered by Kitchen Solvers.
