What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Kitchen Solvers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are prohibited from engaging in any conduct that could harm the Kitchen Solvers trademarks. Kitchen Solvers retains exclusive ownership of all rights, titles, and interests in its trademarks. The agreement explicitly states that a franchisee's right to use the trademarks is conditional and that any use of the trademarks will benefit Kitchen Solvers.

Specifically, franchisees cannot take any direct or indirect actions that could infringe upon, harm, or contest Kitchen Solvers' rights to the trademarks or the associated goodwill. This includes using the trademarks in a derogatory, negative, or otherwise inappropriate manner across any media, whether print or electronic.

This restriction is a standard practice in franchising, designed to protect the brand's reputation and value. Franchisees must adhere to the trademark standards outlined in the franchise agreement and the Kitchen Solvers manual. This ensures consistent brand representation and prevents any misuse that could damage the brand's image. Franchisees must also use the trademarks only in connection with approved products and services that meet Kitchen Solvers' quality standards and operational methods.
