What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Kitchen Solvers's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, to renew the franchise agreement, a franchisee must sign a then-current franchise agreement. The initial franchise term for Kitchen Solvers is 10 years, with an option to renew for two additional 10-year terms if certain requirements are met.

To be eligible for renewal, the franchisee must be in compliance with the existing Franchise Agreement and current with all monetary obligations. They must also attend any necessary training and have continuously operated the business.

In addition to these conditions, the franchisee is required to maintain or obtain suitable premises for the business, including modernizing sample doors, showcase displays, and all materials displaying the Kitchen Solvers's marks. The franchisee must also sign a release. The new franchise agreement that a franchisee must sign may contain terms and conditions that are materially different from the original agreement, so it is important to carefully review the new agreement.
