What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Kitchen Solvers's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attending necessary training is a requirement for franchise renewal. To renew a Kitchen Solvers franchise for up to two additional 10-year terms, a franchisee must meet several conditions.

Specifically, the franchisee must be in compliance with the existing Franchise Agreement and current with all monetary obligations. In addition to attending required training, the franchisee must have operated the business continuously.

Further conditions include providing notice of renewal, maintaining suitable business premises (including modernized displays), signing a release, and agreeing to the then-current Franchise Agreement, which may contain significantly different terms from the original agreement. Therefore, a Kitchen Solvers franchisee should be prepared to meet all these requirements to be eligible for renewal.
