What This Means (2025 FDD)
Based on the 2025 Kitchen Solvers Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise agreement can be modified, but any changes must be formally documented and approved. Specifically, any modification, consent, approval, authorization, or waiver must be in writing and executed by the franchisee or, on behalf of Kitchen Solvers, by the President. This requirement ensures that all parties are clear on any changes to the agreement and that there is a formal record of these changes.
This provision is important for prospective Kitchen Solvers franchisees because it clarifies the process for making changes to the franchise agreement. It prevents informal agreements or verbal promises from being binding, ensuring that all modifications are officially documented and approved by authorized representatives. This protects both the franchisee and Kitchen Solvers by providing a clear and enforceable record of any changes to the original agreement.
For a Kitchen Solvers franchisee, this means that if any situation arises where a change to the franchise agreement seems necessary or beneficial, they must ensure that the change is put in writing and properly executed. They should work directly with the Kitchen Solvers President to secure written approval. This formal process helps to avoid misunderstandings and ensures that any modifications are legally sound and binding, providing a stable and predictable business relationship.
