What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Kitchen Solvers's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, all fees and payments associated with the Development Agreement are generally non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise by Kitchen Solvers. Chart B details the estimated initial investment for a Development Agreement, which allows a franchisee to open between two and five or more franchised businesses. The Development Fee ranges from $105,000 for two territories to $200,000 for five territories.
In addition to the Development Fee, franchisees must also consider the initial investment to open their first franchised business under the Development Agreement, which ranges from $41,857 to $76,807. This investment covers items outlined in Chart A of Item 7, excluding the $60,000 Initial Franchise Fee, as this fee is waived for subsequent franchised businesses opened under the Development Agreement. The total estimated initial investment for a Development Agreement ranges from $146,857 to $276,807, encompassing both the Development Fee and the costs to open the initial franchised business.
Prospective Kitchen Solvers franchisees should be aware that this initial investment does not include costs for opening additional franchised businesses under the Development Agreement, which may vary and potentially be higher than the costs disclosed in Chart A. Given the non-refundable nature of fees and payments, it is crucial for potential franchisees to carefully evaluate their financial situation and business plan before entering into a Development Agreement with Kitchen Solvers.
