According to Kitchen Solvers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the System that Kitchen Solvers utilizes involves franchised businesses that offer kitchen and bathroom remodeling services. Kitchen Solvers has the right to establish System "Standards and Specifications" for various aspects of the System. These standards and specifications are subject to change and modification over time by Kitchen Solvers.
The standards and specifications include, but are not limited to, operating procedures, products and services offered, supplier qualifications, training, and marketing. These standards also relate to the experience of Kitchen Solvers' customers.
As a Kitchen Solvers franchisee, you are required to comply with all Standards and Specifications set by Kitchen Solvers. These standards can impact many aspects of the business, so it is important for a prospective franchisee to understand the current standards as well as how they might change in the future.
