What is the duration of the access to the Kitchen Solvers Business System Online Manual?

According to Kitchen Solvers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees receive access to the Kitchen Solvers Business System Online Manual for the duration of the franchise agreement. The initial term of the Kitchen Solvers franchise agreement is ten years. Franchisees have the option to renew their license for up to two additional terms of ten years each, provided they meet certain conditions.

During the term of the agreement, franchisees must maintain the Kitchen Solvers Business System Online Manual and the information within it as confidential. The manual remains the sole property of Kitchen Solvers, who may revise its contents periodically. Franchisees are required to comply with any new or changed requirements and ensure their copy of the manual is current. In case of any dispute, the master copy of the manual maintained by Kitchen Solvers will be controlling.

Upon expiration or termination of the franchise agreement, all rights to use the Trademarks and all other rights and licenses granted, including the right to conduct business under the Trademarks, revert to Kitchen Solvers. Franchisees must immediately cease all use and display of the Trademarks and any copyrighted material, including the manuals. All copies of the manuals must be returned to Kitchen Solvers.
