entitled to apply your payments against any amounts due us. We also may set off any amounts that may be held by us or our affiliates on your behalf or owed to you by us or our affiliates against amounts you owe to us or our affiliates.
- E. Technology Suite. You must use a computer system that we designate for your Business, including all future updates, supplements and modifications (the "Technology Suite"). The computer software package developed for use in your Business may include proprietary software. You must pay us a monthly technology fee (the "Technology Fee"), currently $268.90 per month, for access to our designated software system. We may increase this fee upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice to you. We reserve the right to require you to purchase the Technology Suite, and/or any component thereof, from our designated suppliers at any time during the term. As of the Effective Date of this Agreement, one (1) email account is included in the monthly fee, however this is subject to change at any time in the future and you will be required to bear all costs associated with any modifications. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Kitchen Solvers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must use a designated computer system, referred to as the "Technology Suite," for their business operations. This includes all future updates, supplements, and modifications to the system. For access to this software system, franchisees are required to pay a monthly technology fee (the "Technology Fee").
As of the effective date of the Franchise Agreement, the monthly Technology Fee is $268.90. Kitchen Solvers retains the right to increase this fee with thirty days' prior written notice to the franchisee. Additionally, Kitchen Solvers reserves the right to require franchisees to purchase the Technology Suite, or any component thereof, from designated suppliers at any point during the term of the agreement.
The monthly Technology Fee includes one email account. Additional email accounts can be purchased for a monthly fee, which, as of the effective date of the agreement, ranges from $14 to $22.50 per account and is subject to change. Kitchen Solvers may also offer franchisees the opportunity to purchase subscriptions to certain software at designated prices, and the cost of these subscriptions may be added to the Technology Fee.
