This comprehensive approach ensures that franchisees are well-prepared before launching their business. The training is conducted by experienced instructors such as Alec Baumer, Wil Calkins, Joanne DuCharme, and Kali Morgenthaler, who bring years of expertise in sales, operations, kitchen design, marketing, and CRM management.

The FDD also states that Kitchen Solvers may require new installers hired by the franchisee to complete a one-day training program. This ensures that all personnel meet the company's standards.
