What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Kitchen Solvers's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Kitchen Solvers franchisees are solely responsible for hiring, supervising, and paying their employees. Kitchen Solvers explicitly states that it has no liability for these employees and that the franchisee's employees will not be considered employees of Kitchen Solvers for any reason. This means the franchisee is fully responsible for all employment-related matters.
This arrangement is typical in franchising, where franchisees are independent business owners. The franchisee has complete control over staffing decisions, including setting wages, commissions, and incentives. This independence also means the franchisee is responsible for complying with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Prospective Kitchen Solvers franchisees should understand that managing employees is a significant responsibility. They will need to handle recruitment, training, payroll, and compliance with employment laws. Kitchen Solvers does offer training and support to franchisees, but the day-to-day management of employees falls squarely on the franchisee's shoulders.
