What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Kitchen Solvers's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Kitchen Solvers retains the right to modify the characteristics of its franchise system. These characteristics encompass a wide array of operational aspects, including sales and operating methods, equipment, class structure and instruction, customer service and development techniques, uniform standards and procedures, training and assistance, and pricing specifications. The FDD states that these elements may be changed, improved, and further developed by Kitchen Solvers over time.
For a prospective Kitchen Solvers franchisee, this means that the way they conduct their business may evolve as Kitchen Solvers adapts the system. Franchisees must stay informed of these changes and integrate them into their operations. This flexibility allows Kitchen Solvers to maintain a competitive edge and adapt to changing market conditions, but it also requires franchisees to be adaptable and willing to implement new strategies and procedures.
Kitchen Solvers also has the right to establish System "Standards and Specifications" for various aspects of the System, including, without limitation, standards and specifications related to operating procedures, products and services offered, supplier qualifications, training, marketing and other aspects that affect and/or relate to the experience of System customers. Franchisees are required to comply with these Standards and Specifications, which Kitchen Solvers has the right to (and expects to) change and modify over time. This ensures uniformity and quality across all Kitchen Solvers franchises, but also necessitates that franchisees remain compliant with any updates or modifications to these standards.
