According to the 2025 Kitchen Solvers Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchise Agreement remains in effect, except for specific modifications outlined in addenda for certain states. These addenda address inconsistencies between the Franchise Agreement and state laws, such as those in New York, California, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington, and Wisconsin.

For example, the addenda may modify or delete provisions related to waivers of liability, releases, indemnification, and governing law to ensure compliance with state-specific franchise regulations.
