  • D. Annual Convention and Other Meetings. You are required to attend, at your expense, the annual Kitchen Solvers convention, and we may require you to pay our then-current registration fee. What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Kitchen Solvers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at the annual Kitchen Solvers convention is required. As a franchisee, you must attend the annual convention at your own expense, and Kitchen Solvers may also require you to pay a registration fee.

If you fail to attend the annual Kitchen Solvers convention without prior written approval from Kitchen Solvers, you must pay a fee of $850. Kitchen Solvers also strongly recommends that franchisees attend all other conferences, seminars, or meetings that they sponsor to present new methods and programs for operation, training, management, sales, or marketing.
