- D. Annual Convention and Other Meetings. You are required to attend, at your expense, the annual Kitchen Solvers convention, and we may require you to pay our then-current registration fee. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Kitchen Solvers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at the annual Kitchen Solvers convention is required. As a franchisee, you must attend the annual convention at your own expense, and Kitchen Solvers may also require you to pay a registration fee.
If you fail to attend the annual Kitchen Solvers convention without prior written approval from Kitchen Solvers, you must pay a fee of $850. Kitchen Solvers also strongly recommends that franchisees attend all other conferences, seminars, or meetings that they sponsor to present new methods and programs for operation, training, management, sales, or marketing.
If you cannot attend these other meetings, you must notify Kitchen Solvers beforehand and try to have a substitute person from your business, acceptable to Kitchen Solvers, attend and represent you. However, Kitchen Solvers is not obligated to hold annual conventions.
