We reserve the right to limit the number of vendors and suppliers and we and our affiliates reserve the right to become an approved or designated supplier (including, as stated above, an exclusive supplier) of any product, item and/or service at any time in the future without restriction. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Kitchen Solvers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Kitchen Solvers and its affiliates retain the right to become an approved or designated supplier of any product, item, and/or service at any time in the future without restriction. This includes the possibility of becoming an exclusive supplier.
As a Kitchen Solvers franchisee, you are obligated to purchase specific items, referred to as "Primary Products and Services," from approved vendors and suppliers. These include new cabinet units, doors, drawer fronts, panels, trim and molding required for installing new cabinets or cabinet refacing, flooring, the components of the closet organizer systems, and other supplies, products, and equipment. Kitchen Solvers determines which items meet their standards and specifications of quality.
This arrangement means that Kitchen Solvers has the power to control the supply chain and potentially profit from the sale of goods to its franchisees. While franchisees are required to purchase certain items from approved suppliers, Kitchen Solvers makes no warranties regarding these products, expressly disclaiming all warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This places the onus on the franchisee to assess the quality and suitability of the products they are required to purchase.
Prospective franchisees should be aware that Kitchen Solvers can change suppliers at any time and that the franchisee must pay the then-current price for all purchases from Kitchen Solvers, its affiliates, or any designated third-party vendor. This could impact the franchisee's costs and potentially their profit margins. It is important to evaluate the potential financial implications of this supply arrangement and to discuss these aspects with existing franchisees during the due diligence process.
