According to Kidokinetics' 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Brand Development Fund will not be used for advertising primarily to solicit franchise sales. However, Kidokinetics retains the right to include a notation in any advertisement or website indicating "franchises available" or similar phrasing.

Kidokinetics has sole discretion in determining the content, concepts, materials, media, endorsements, frequency, placement, location, and all other matters pertaining to any of the advertising activities.
