- 11.1.1. Use only such supplies, equipment and vehicles which comply with Franchisor's specifications;
Franchisee, at Franchisee's expense, will make such additions, alterations, repairs, refurbishing and replacements as may be required to comply with Franchisor's standards, including, without limitation, periodic repairs or replacement of worn or impaired supplies, equipment, vehicles and signage as Franchisor may direct.
Franchisor reserves the right to require Franchisee to wrap the vehicle used in connection with the operation of the Franchised Business in accordance with Franchisor's designated specifications at Franchisee's sole cost and expense.
If Franchisee desires to purchase, lease or use any supplies, equipment, vehicles or other items of any nature or kind from an unapproved supplier, Franchisee will submit to Franchisor a written request for such approval prior to utilizing such supplier.
Franchisor will notify Franchisee whether Franchisor approves or disapproves of the proposed supplier or manufacturer within 60 calendar days after Franchisor receives all required information to evaluate the product or service.

According to Kidokinetics's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must use only supplies, equipment, and vehicles that comply with Kidokinetics's specifications. These specifications are detailed in the Franchise Operations Manual, which may be modified from time to time, and in other directives, rules, and procedures specified by Kidokinetics.
Franchisees are required to maintain their Kidokinetics Business and location to the standards of sanitation, repair, and condition required by Kidokinetics. This includes making necessary additions, alterations, repairs, refurbishing, and replacements to comply with Kidokinetics's standards, such as periodic repairs or replacement of worn or impaired items. Kidokinetics also reserves the right to require franchisees to wrap their vehicles according to designated specifications, at the franchisee's expense.
If a franchisee wishes to use supplies, equipment, or vehicles from an unapproved supplier, they must submit a written request to Kidokinetics for approval. Kidokinetics has the right to inspect the supplier's facilities and require samples for testing. Approval is granted if the supplier meets Kidokinetics's specifications, as determined in its sole discretion, and Kidokinetics will notify the franchisee of its decision within 60 calendar days after receiving all required information.
Kidokinetics retains significant control over the standards and specifications of virtually all aspects of the business.
