Schedule, in our discretion, a national business meeting or convention for up to 3 days per year at a location we designate.
If we schedule any national business meeting or convention, you must attend and you must pay us a registration fee per attendee as we designate.
You are also responsible for paying for your transportation, lodging, meals and other expenses to attend any national business meeting or convention (Franchise Agreement, Section 6.5).

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Kidokinetics's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Kidokinetics may schedule a national business meeting or convention. Kidokinetics has the discretion to schedule a national business meeting or convention for up to three days per year at a location they designate.
If Kidokinetics schedules a national business meeting or convention, franchisees must attend and pay a registration fee per attendee as designated by Kidokinetics. Franchisees are also responsible for covering their own transportation, lodging, meals, and other expenses to attend the meeting or convention.
This is fairly typical in the franchise industry, as conventions and meetings are viewed as beneficial for networking, training, and maintaining brand consistency across the franchise system.
