What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Kidokinetics's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for covering all expenses associated with their initial trainees during the Initial Management Training Program. This includes, but is not limited to, the costs of travel, lodging, meals, and wages for these trainees. The Initial Management Training Program is a course conducted at Kidokinetics' headquarters, currently located in Davie, Florida, or a location nearby.
This means that a new Kidokinetics franchisee must budget for these additional costs on top of the franchise fee and other initial investments. These expenses can vary depending on the number of initial trainees the franchisee sends to the training program and the duration of their stay. It is important for prospective franchisees to factor in these costs when evaluating the overall financial feasibility of the franchise.
Franchisees should inquire about the typical duration of the Initial Management Training Program, the expected number of trainees, and estimated costs for travel, lodging, meals, and wages in the Davie, Florida area to create an accurate budget. Understanding these costs upfront will help franchisees avoid unexpected financial burdens during the initial phase of their Kidokinetics business.
