Schedule, in our discretion, a national business meeting or convention for up to 3 days per year at a location we designate.
If we schedule any national business meeting or convention, you must attend and you must pay us a registration fee per attendee as we designate.
You are also responsible for paying for your transportation, lodging, meals and other expenses to attend any national business meeting or convention (Franchise Agreement, Section 6.5).

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Kidokinetics's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for covering their own transportation, lodging, meals, and other expenses when attending any national business meeting or convention. Kidokinetics may schedule a national business meeting or convention for up to 3 days each year at a location they designate.
In addition to covering their own costs, franchisees must also pay Kidokinetics a registration fee per attendee for the national business meeting or convention. This fee is determined by Kidokinetics.
This means that franchisees need to budget not only for the registration fee, but also for all travel-related expenses when planning to attend the Kidokinetics national business meeting or convention. Attendance at these meetings is mandatory, so these costs are a required part of operating a Kidokinetics franchise.
