What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Kidokinetics's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Kidokinetics does reserve the right to mandate that franchisees wrap their vehicles used for the business. The franchisee would bear the full cost of this vehicle wrap. Kidokinetics also has the right to modify identifying elements of the system, including new vehicle wraps.
This requirement ensures that all vehicles used in the Kidokinetics business maintain a consistent brand image, which Kidokinetics believes is important for maintaining and improving the system's reputation. The franchisee is responsible for ensuring their Kidokinetics Business and location meet the franchisor's standards, including any vehicle requirements.
In addition to vehicle wraps, franchisees must use equipment and vehicles that conform to Kidokinetics's standards and specifications. They must also prominently display signs with the Kidokinetics marks on their vehicles. Failure to comply with these standards could lead to termination of the franchise agreement.
