According to Kidokinetics's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, to cancel the transaction, you must mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of the cancellation notice, or any other written notice, to a specific address. The cancellation notice must be sent no later than midnight of the third business day after the Effective Date. This means a prospective Kidokinetics franchisee has a very limited window to cancel the transaction after signing, so it is important to act quickly if you decide to cancel.
If Kidokinetics does not pick up the goods within 20 days of the cancellation notice, the franchisee may retain or dispose of the goods without further obligation. This clause protects the franchisee in case Kidokinetics does not respond promptly to the cancellation.
