What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Kidokinetics's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor has 15 business days to approve or disapprove advertising and promotional plans and materials submitted by the franchisee. This includes, but is not limited to, materials in digital, electronic, or computerized form, or in any form of media.

This means that a Kidokinetics franchisee needs to plan ahead and submit all advertising materials well in advance of when they intend to use them. If a franchisee submits advertising materials and does not receive approval within 15 business days, they cannot use the materials until written approval is granted.

It is also important to note that Kidokinetics retains the right to demand that a franchisee discontinue using any advertising or promotional materials, even if those materials were previously approved. This highlights the importance of staying aligned with the franchisor's brand standards and maintaining open communication regarding marketing efforts.
