In some instances, current and former franchisees may sign provisions restricting their ability to speak openly about their experiences with the Kidokinetics System. During the last three years, we had one current franchisee sign confidentiality provisions that would restrict the franchisee's ability to speak openly about their experience with the Kidokinetics Franchise System. You may wish to speak with current and former franchisees but know that not all such franchisees can communicate with you. If you buy a Kidokinetics Franchise, your contact information may be disclosed to other buyers when you leave the Franchise System.
