What kind of advertising materials does Kidokinetics provide to franchisees?

According to Kidokinetics's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Kidokinetics will provide franchisees with samples or camera-ready artwork of certain advertising and promotional materials. These materials are developed by Kidokinetics from time to time. The franchisee can use these materials in marketing and conducting local advertising for their Kidokinetics business.

Kidokinetics also has the right to designate geographical areas for establishing regional advertising and promotional cooperatives. If a cooperative is established that applies to a franchisee's Kidokinetics business, the franchisee must participate in the cooperative. These cooperatives are organized to administer regional advertising programs and develop standardized advertising materials for members to use in local advertising, subject to Kidokinetics's approval. Franchisees must submit all advertising, print materials, press releases, media packets, and other information for publication to Kidokinetics for written approval before they are printed or published.

Kidokinetics retains the sole right to market on the Internet, including the use of websites, domain names, linking, search engines, banner ads, meta-tags, marketing, auction sites, e-commerce, and co-branding arrangements. Franchisees must provide content that Kidokinetics requests for Internet marketing and follow Kidokinetics's intranet and Internet usage rules, policies, and requirements. Franchisees are also required to conduct all advertising programs in a dignified manner that will not detract from the reputation of the Kidokinetics system or its marks.
