If you are purchasing your first Kidokinetics Business, you will be required to pay a fee of $7,500 for certain opening support services (the "Enhanced Business Coaching and Training Fee"). The Enhanced Business Coaching and Training Fee includes two days of in-person business coaching and training services ("Enhanced Business Coaching and Training Services") within your Territory (as defined in Item 12). If you purchase additional Kidokinetics Business, you are not required to buy the Enhanced Business Coaching and Training Services, but you can choose to pay the Enhanced Business Coaching and Training Fee if you want optional Enhanced Business Coaching and Training in your Area. What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Kidokinetics's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the in-person Enhanced Business Coaching and Training Services are provided within the franchisee's Territory. For a new Kidokinetics franchisee, these services consist of two days of coaching and training. The $7,500 fee covers the costs and expenses associated with providing these services.
While the Enhanced Business Coaching and Training Fee is non-refundable, the training services are intended to be fully applied within six months of signing the Franchise Agreement. However, the training may be provided at a later date or extended upon mutual written agreement between Kidokinetics and the franchisee.
Kidokinetics may designate an affiliate to provide the Enhanced Business Coaching and Training Services in the future, although they currently provide these services directly. If a franchisee purchases additional Kidokinetics businesses, they are not required to buy the Enhanced Business Coaching and Training Services, but can choose to pay the $7,500 fee for optional training in their Area.
