Schedule, in our discretion, a national business meeting or convention for up to 3 days per year at a location we designate.
If we schedule any national business meeting or convention, you must attend and you must pay us a registration fee per attendee as we designate.
You are also responsible for paying for your transportation, lodging, meals and other expenses to attend any national business meeting or convention (Franchise Agreement, Section 6.5).

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Kidokinetics's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if Kidokinetics schedules a national business meeting or convention, attendance is mandatory. These meetings or conventions can be up to 3 days per year, and Kidokinetics will designate the location.
As a franchisee, you are required to attend and pay a registration fee per attendee, as determined by Kidokinetics. In addition to the registration fee, you are responsible for covering your own expenses, including transportation, lodging, meals, and other related costs.
