According to Kidokinetics's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to use the Computer System to track all online and offline registrations. The Computer System is designed to manage the daily workflow of the Kidokinetics business, including registering participants and marketing to them.
Kidokinetics requires franchisees to record all Gross Sales on the Computer System. This allows Kidokinetics to monitor the franchisee's business operations and financial performance. The initial cost of the Computer System is estimated to be between $500 and $1,500, with an additional Software License Fee of $3,000 prior to opening. Franchisees will also incur ongoing costs for maintaining, updating, or upgrading the Computer System, estimated to range between $1,000 and $1,500 annually.
