What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Kidokinetics's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, upon termination of the KIDOLINK Software license, a franchisee must promptly return all physical copies of the software and associated documentation to Kidokinetics. Alternatively, the franchisee must dispose of the copies as instructed by Kidokinetics. This includes all copies in the franchisee's possession or under their control.

In addition to physical copies, the franchisee is also required to remove all copies of the KIDOLINK Software from their computers and other electronic storage media. This ensures that the franchisee no longer has access to or uses the software after the license has been terminated.

Kidokinetics may request written certification from the franchisee confirming their compliance with these requirements. This provides Kidokinetics with assurance that the franchisee has properly returned or disposed of the software and removed it from all electronic devices. This is a standard practice to protect the franchisor's intellectual property and confidential information.
