You may not relocate the Kidokinetics Business without our prior written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. We may approve a request to relocate the Kidokinetics Business according
to the provisions of the Franchise Agreement that provide for the relocation of the Kidokinetics Business, and our then-current site selection policies and procedures. Any relocation will be at your sole expense.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Kidokinetics's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee may not relocate their Kidokinetics business without obtaining prior written consent from Kidokinetics. However, Kidokinetics states that this consent will not be unreasonably withheld.
Kidokinetics may approve a relocation request according to the provisions outlined in the Franchise Agreement, as well as Kidokinetics's then-current site selection policies and procedures. The FDD states that any relocation of the Kidokinetics business will be at the franchisee's sole expense.
If a franchisee wishes to relocate their Kidokinetics business, they may only relocate to a new location within their designated territory. This means a franchisee cannot simply move their business to a more lucrative or desirable area without considering their existing territorial boundaries.
