Will a Kidokinetics franchisee be provided with a dedicated page on the Kidokinetics website?

According to Kidokinetics's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Kidokinetics will provide franchisees with a dedicated page on the Kidokinetics website for their Kidokinetics business. However, Kidokinetics retains sole discretion and control over the website, including the right to discontinue it.

Kidokinetics may require the franchisee, at the franchisee's expense, to prepare all or a portion of the page using a template provided by Kidokinetics. All information posted on the franchisee's dedicated page is subject to Kidokinetics's approval before posting. The franchisee has no ownership or proprietary rights to the page and will lose all rights to it upon expiration or termination of the Franchise Agreement.

Kidokinetics also maintains a website with a dedicated page for each franchisee, along with an email address for the franchisee's use in operating the Kidokinetics business. Kidokinetics reserves the right to require franchisees to provide all social media account information related to the Kidokinetics business and grant Kidokinetics independent access to the franchisee's Kidokinetics business social media accounts to make upgrades, post information, and manage social media accounts as Kidokinetics deems appropriate for the benefit of the system.

Kidokinetics retains the sole right to market on the Internet, including the use of websites, domain names, linking, search engines, banner ads, meta-tags, marketing, auction sites, e-commerce, and co-branding arrangements. Franchisees must provide content Kidokinetics requests for Internet marketing and follow Kidokinetics's intranet and Internet usage rules, policies, and requirements. Franchisees must not establish a separate website or advertise on the Internet without Kidokinetics's express written consent.
