What is the Kidokinetics franchisee prohibited from doing regarding the validity of the Intellectual Property?

According to Kidokinetics' 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, as a franchisee, you are explicitly prohibited from contesting the validity of Kidokinetics' or its licensor's interest in the Intellectual Property.
