Can a Kidokinetics franchisee or principal use Confidential Information for their own benefit after the termination of the Franchise Agreement?

The franchisee must also return the Franchise Operations Manual upon request or termination of the agreement.

For a prospective Kidokinetics franchisee, this means understanding that the confidentiality obligations are significant and long-lasting. They cannot exploit any Confidential Information learned during the franchise term for their own gain after the franchise relationship ends.
