What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Kidokinetics' 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, while the Initial Management Training Program itself is offered at no charge to the franchisee, their principals with management responsibility, and their manager, the franchisee is responsible for covering all expenses incurred by these Initial Trainees.
These expenses specifically include, but are not limited to, the costs of travel, lodging, meals, and wages for the individuals attending the training. This means a prospective Kidokinetics franchisee needs to budget not only for their own travel and accommodation but also for those of their principals and manager if they attend the training program.
This is a fairly standard practice in the franchise industry, where the franchisor provides the training content, but the franchisee bears the costs associated with attending the training. It is important for potential franchisees to factor in these costs when evaluating the overall investment required to start a Kidokinetics franchise.
