If you are purchasing your first Kidokinetics Business, you will be required to pay a fee of $7,500 for certain opening support services (the "Enhanced Business Coaching and Training Fee"). The Enhanced Business Coaching and Training Fee includes two days of in-person business coaching and training services ("Enhanced Business Coaching and Training Services") within your Territory (as defined in Item 12). If you purchase additional Kidokinetics Business, you are not required to buy the Enhanced Business Coaching and Training Services, but you can choose to pay the Enhanced Business Coaching and Training Fee if you want optional Enhanced Business Coaching and Training in your Area. What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Kidokinetics's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if you are purchasing your first Kidokinetics business, you are required to pay $7,500 for Enhanced Business Coaching and Training Services. This fee is due upon signing the Franchise Agreement. This service includes two days of in-person business coaching and training services within your territory.
For franchisees purchasing additional Kidokinetics businesses, paying the Enhanced Business Coaching and Training Fee is optional. If they want the additional coaching and training in their area, they can choose to pay the $7,500 fee. This fee also becomes due upon signing the Franchise Agreement.
The Enhanced Business Coaching and Training Fee covers the costs and expenses associated with providing these services, including administrative and overhead expenses. The FDD specifies that the fee is uniform and non-refundable under any circumstances. Kidokinetics intends to fully apply the Enhanced Business Coaching and Training Services within six months of signing the Franchise Agreement, but the services may be provided at a later date or extended upon mutual written agreement.
