What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Kidokinetics's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, new franchisees receive Enhanced Business Coaching and Training Services for two days after the launch of their Kidokinetics business. This service is designed to assist franchisees in meeting their obligations under the Franchise Agreement. However, franchisees are responsible for complying with the Franchise Agreement, even while receiving these coaching and training services.

Existing Kidokinetics business operators are not required to complete this training but can request it by paying the Enhanced Business Coaching and Training Fee. This suggests that Kidokinetics provides ongoing support and training options, although they may come at an additional cost for existing franchisees.

This post-launch support is in addition to the initial training program that all new managers (or the franchisee, if not a corporation) must complete. The initial training covers various aspects of operating the Kidokinetics business, including sales, marketing, financial controls, and customer service. The availability of both initial and post-launch training indicates Kidokinetics's commitment to supporting franchisees in the early stages of their business.
