"Manual" means our confidential operations manual for the operation of a Kidokinetics Business.
"Marks" means the logotypes, service marks, and trademarks now or hereafter involved in the operation of a Kidokinetics Business, including "KIDOKINETICS" and any other trademarks, service marks, or trade names that we designate for use by a Kidokinetics Business.
The term "Marks" also includes any distinctive trade dress used to identify a Kidokinetics Business, whether now in existence or hereafter created.
- "System" means our system for the establishment, development, operation, and management of a Kidokinetics Business, including Know-how, proprietary programs and products, confidential operations manuals, and operating system.

Kidokinetics can update, revise, or modify the Franchise Operations Manual, and you're obligated to comply with these changes within 30 days of notification. This ensures that your Kidokinetics business stays aligned with the current standards and practices of the Kidokinetics system. The manual remains the sole property of Kidokinetics, and you must return it if your franchise agreement ends.
