What is the current training tuition fee per person per day for Kidokinetics, and can it be adjusted?

any additional training provided by Franchisor. Currently, the additional training fee is equal to $500 per person per day of training. Franchisor may also require Franchisee to attend a national business meeting or annual convention for up to three days per year, at a location designated by Franchisor and Franchisor reserves the right to require Franchisee to pay a registration fee for each national business meeting and/or annual convention, which fee will be due and payable regardless of whether Franchisee actually attends such meeting or convention, as applicable. Franchisee will be responsible for any and all incidental expenses incurred by Franchisee or Franchisee's personnel in connection with additional training, or attendance at Franchisor's national business meeting or annual convention, including, without limitation, costs of travel, lodging, meals and wages. Failure to attend and/or complete mandatory additional training by Franchisee, Franchisee's Principal and/or Manager, or failure of Franchisee to attend Franchisor's national business meeting or annual convention is an event of default of this Agreement.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Kidokinetics' 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the current additional training fee is $500 per person per day of training. This fee applies to mandatory and/or optional additional training programs that Kidokinetics may offer from time to time. If Kidokinetics requires the franchisee, their principals, or the manager to participate in refresher training, this fee will be applied for up to five days per year at a location designated by Kidokinetics.
Additionally, for on-site additional training and assistance requested by the franchisee, the franchisee will pay the then-current per diem fee for the services of trained representatives, plus their costs of travel, lodging, and meals. The per diem fee is currently set at $500.
Kidokinetics retains the right to adjust or waive this per diem fee at its sole discretion. This fee is payable in advance and is non-refundable. Franchisees are also responsible for all incidental expenses, such as travel, lodging, meals, and wages, incurred during additional training or attendance at national business meetings or annual conventions.
